ASKING FOR HELP: MENTAL HEALTH

Take a second to relax your shoulders, loosen your jaw, and take a deep breath. How are you feeling right now at this moment? Maybe overwhelmed, uneasy, or both?

Today’s episode is about a personal mission of mine: mental health. Through this podcast, I want to bring awareness to mental health. In a world that is so heavy right now, so fast paced, and changing so quickly, it’s so easy to feel uneasy and alone. Let’s change that! I want you to know that you are not alone, and that it’s okay to not be okay.
